Ring ZERO is made in Japan.

Does it still work while the app runs in the background?
Yes, your gestures will still be recognized even when the Ring app runs in the background of your smartphone.
Note: Camera and speech functions are not supported in background mode on iOS.

How long does the battery last?
Ring ZERO’s battery will last 12 hours with regular use. There is a battery-saving function called “eco mode,” which will allow the battery to last up to three days. To turn on eco mode, go to Ring Setting in the Ring app and switch on eco mode. Please note that when Ring ZERO is in eco mode, you must hold the touch sensor for 5 seconds before use to activate it.

Troubleshooting

My Ring won't charge
To charge the Ring properly, please follow the steps below:
(1) Make sure that the battery charger and your computer is properly connected using the supplied USB cable.
(2) Set the Ring on the charger with the Ring’s LED facing up (Adjust the orientation of the Ring so that its LED is lined up with the dot on the charger. See image below.).
Note: When the Ring begins charging, the charger’s LED will light up.
When the Ring is fully charged, the LED will turn off (the LED will also turn off when there is a loose connection between the Ring and the charger, so please be careful of this).

My gestures aren’t recognized
From the Bluetooth setting of your device, please delete the Ring and pair the Ring again from the Ring app. If this does not fix the problem, please reinstall the Ring app.
