Logbar Inc. was founded in February 2013 with a mission to develop innovative products that transform the way people interact with technology.
We launched a Kickstarter campaign in February 2014 and successfully raised $880,998. Thanks to the support of 5,161 backers, we were able to bring our vision to life and began shipping the Ring on October 9, 2014.
We analyzed the feedback we received on our first generation device and went back to the drawing board. We were able to successfully address the Ring’s key technical issues and released Ring ZERO on March 31, 2015.
Ring ZERO has improved Bluetooth signal transmission range of up to 15 meters. Now, you can use the device whether your smartphone is charging in another room or right in your pocket!
Gesture recognition accuracy has also improved dramatically. With a little practice, gesturing with Ring ZERO will become second nature.
We are continuing to add new actions to the Ring app. With the release of the Ring SDK, developers can also create their own apps that are compatible with Ring ZERO. To read more about the SDK, please visit our developer website.
